Power Upgrades and Certification
Does your home need more power? We handle the paperwork.
If you have installed air conditioning or an electric cooker and the power keeps cutting out, you need a power upgrade. For ratings above 10.35 kVA, an inspection of the existing installation may be required. We prepare the installation, issue the Declaration of Responsibility and follow the certification process with DGEG/Certiel so you do not have the headache.

How long does rewiring a flat take?
It depends on the size. For a typical two-bedroom flat (replacing conduit, running new cable, changing the consumer unit and fitting new accessories), the electrical work takes around 1 to 2 weeks.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes, our team is made up of Installing Electricians registered with DGEG, which allows us to issue Declarations of Responsibility so you can set up contracts with E-Redes and other suppliers.
Do you also chase the walls?
Yes. We are a construction company, so we can deliver a turnkey service: we chase the walls to run the electrical conduit and then plaster and finish the wall afterwards.
What electrical materials do you usually install?
We use only certified cable and accessories from proven brands such as Efapel (widely used in Portugal), Legrand or Schneider Electric, for durability and safety.
